Kastrup 04.10.03 at 17.00 flew with KLM in 737-400 to Shipul Airport in
Amsterdam a flight in about 1 hour
Departure from
Shipul against Hongkong 20.00 hrs. with KLM in 747-400 Jumbo jet,
flight time to Hongkon about 11 hours stop-over about 2 hours afterthat
further with the same machine to Chiang Kaj-shek International Airport
near Taipei, the capital. at Taiwan arrival local time about 19.30,
Sunday D.05.10.03, local time in Taiwan is 6 hours before Danish
summertime, after arrival checks. ( lots of paper ) ran the bus us to
our hotel Harbour View Hotel in Keelung, well installed at 8 floor, walk
out we us out at the town for at noon at a local restaurant (
Chinese-food with chopstick. )

After a good night's sleep, on very hard
mattresses and a good breakfast, that was mostly Chinese breakfast, but luckily
also toasted broke up with butter and marmalade, the cheese found we later in a
local 24H supermarket, we were fetched by the bus and hit north up to Leliou Sea
World, a sandstone's park with fancy formations in sandstone worked hard out in
the soft material of the seawater. After this we drove to a temple named coral
temple the whole temple was covered but corals, shells and snail shells, here we

We start the day with going jointly to a

The day's trip began in Dahi

The day where there should be held
silver wedding all were gathered at the husband and wife celebrating their
silver wedding's door at 7.00 For singing of It are so lovely to be followed,
the door opened and the husband and wife celebrating their silver wedding had
been gone on the bed which the clothes showed. After the breakfast we sneaked a
little round independently in order thus later being ready for the party in the
evening at Grand Hotel in Taipei a very beautiful hotel, out-feeled party, good
food however there was just the funny-ness that the taiwanese doesn't drink red
wine that us, but very seldom, and then those ice cubes came in.

Friday started with a visit at national
museum., with many fancy antiquity-cases, after this continued the trip round in
Taipei where we also saw the Monument over Chiang Kaj-shek, unfortunately we
couldn't come in as that was Taiwan's national day and there if an arrangement
the monument was the points, the monument lie on a very large park in Taipei,
where also the national-sinew and the drama school have more house, the trip
round at the town we continued put past the Presidential palace, a large
impressive building where there either was to come nearly because of the
national day

Started we the trip around the Island
and hit down along the east coast Dashi further to Toushen waterfalls, on the
trip so that we the very beautiful nature along the coast the Pacific, through
Jiaushi to Ilan where we something surprising have toed stay overnight, that are
guessed about that it was the haulage contractor that played us a trick as we
have toed have another bus the following day so that it was with not coming far
away for to limit the empty-driving

We drove to Suao Port and further to a
visit at an earthquake-centre where we experienced an artificial earthquake, as
well as a tour of wind tunnel, after that the trip to a marble-factory where

The trip from, Tait-young

Kaohsiung, to Tainan, with a visit at their night-market who was very large.

On Thursday the trip went further north
through the beautiful landscape to an area that in 1999 was struck by a very

Friday and Saturday was used to have a
good rest a little on top of the hardships, a little fool around on go go-legs
round at the town, and otherwise relaxed.

Sunday The morning went with trudging a
little round in Keelung, a little comfort at the hotel as well as preparation
for the journey home, we were picked up in van at the hotel at 1500 and hit the
airport the about 50 km took almost 2 lessons, well in front at the airport
began the entire Turkish music with outward journey papers, first check in, who
did say overweight at shared weighing it became to only 8 kg of overweight for
the group, that could just let itself do, saw go away the papers, our Sar's
papers were of course in the suitcase, compensation's papers had to be written
at another counter, finally through, then the last NT § had to be used in the
duty-free, one a little have a pleasant time and so off, the flight was a close
copy of the outward journey just the other road, Erik picked up us it was lovely
to be at home again. Out well but at home best.
That has been a very large experience,
thus alien I didn't think something might be.
